Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a money back guarentee?

There is no money back guarentee for downloaded software, because there is no way to return it.

In a way, the free demo *is* your money back guarentee. It's the exact same thing as the full program, it just does not save files. That's why it's there- so you can try it out, see if you like it (and if your system can run it) before you buy.

If you can run the demo and you like the demo, you can run the program and will like the program.

With my previous program, ClockWorks 1.0, people took advantage of me- people bought Clockworks, said it did not run, and I gave them their money back. Later, I saw clocks in their shops that were obviously made with my program.

Some of my dialog boxes are chopped off on the bottom.

That's the "Large Fonts" setting problem in Windows. That is an old setting, left over from before TrueType was invented, and for backwards compatibility is still in Windows XP. Dialog boxes of many programs can get messed up when that option is selected. It is best to not use that option, and simply select larger fonts when you customize your Windows appearance.

  1. Right click on the desktop and select "Properties" from the Menu.
  2. In the "Display Properties" Dialog box, select the "Settings" tab.
  3. Click the "Advanced" button.
  4. Click the "General" tab.
  5. In the DPI setting drop list, select "Normal size (96dpi)".
  6. Click "OK".
The program does not start, and there is an error Message.
The problem could be that you don't have the latest version of .NET 2.0 on your system.
You can download it from here.
After you install it, reboot, and try running GraphicWorks again.
